When the Amoeba Boys fail at being real bad guys, The Powerpuff Girls teach them how to be bad by robbing a bank. When Fuzzy Lumpkins loses a jam contest, he creates a meat ray gun that turns anything into raw, butchered meat, leaving it up to the Powerpuff Girls to save the day before everyone and everything in Townsville is turned into a butcher shop.
